Cookie policy
Which cookies sympact.ai uses, why, and how you control them. Last updated August 2026.
01 · What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It is used to remember your choices, understand how the site is used, or show you relevant content the next time you visit.
02 · Cookies we use
- Necessary: make the site work: navigation, security, and remembering whether you have given consent. Cannot be deselected.
- Functional: remember choices you have made, for example filled-in fields in the calculator, so you do not have to start over.
- Statistics: show us, in broad terms, which pages are used, so we can improve them. Only set if you have given consent.
- Marketing: only set if you have actively given consent. Lets us see which content leads to contact.
03 · Third parties
Some cookies on sympact.ai are set by tools we use:
- HubSpot, our CRM and marketing platform, provides both our statistics and our marketing. HubSpot sets cookies if you have consented to at least one of the two. Our HubSpot account is hosted in the EU.
- Ajuna provides our tests and insight reports on ajuna.ai, a different platform from sympact.ai. Cookies set there are covered by Ajuna's own cookie policy, not this one.
- The calculator's PDF-by-email function sends via Resend and sets no cookies itself, only the email address you enter.
04 · How you control them
You can always delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work as intended. If you withdraw a marketing consent, we stop setting the related cookies going forward.
