What is it?
An online application for recruitment that runs in the browser.
Who uses it?
HR, the recruitment consultant and the manager who is hiring.
And the candidate?
The candidate gets a link and can answer from both mobile and computer.
What does it require?
A browser. ATTRACT can be used alongside the recruitment system you have today.

How it works

From job description to shortlist

STEP 01

Makes the job clear

ATTRACT helps you describe what the job requires, and what a good performance looks like.

STEP 02

Gets to know the candidates

Candidates send their CV and take a short profile, so you see more than what is on paper.

STEP 03

Finds those who fit

Every candidate is held up against the same requirements, so everyone is seen the same way.

STEP 04

Gives you a short list

You get the best candidates with a clear reason for every name. Then you choose.

What you get

What you get out of it

  • Less time sorting applications.
  • Fewer surprises after hiring, because the hard questions are asked before.
  • A choice you can explain to candidates, colleagues and management.
  • A better experience for the candidate, who knows what is happening and is heard.

A good fit

ATTRACT is a good fit when

  • You hire several times a year and want to do it the same way every time.
  • You get many applicants for the same position.
  • You want to avoid expensive mis-hires.
  • You need to be able to explain your choice, for example in the public sector.

In depth

Behind ATTRACT

How does the job description become a role profile?

You upload a job ad, an old job description or your own notes. ATTRACT suggests a structured role profile with tasks, core requirements, desired competences and the context the job has to be done in. Everything can be edited, and the profile only moves on once you have approved it.

How do the manager's expectations become criteria?

ATTRACT interviews the hiring manager about the role: what success looks like after six months and a year, what is a must, and what makes this particular job hard. The answers become weighted criteria that HR and the manager approve together, before the first application is opened.

Can the team's own profiles be included?

Yes. The manager and the team can take the profile themselves. With each person's consent, the profiles form a combined team picture, so you can see where a new person can strengthen the team.

Which profile do the candidates take?

Candidates above the threshold you set get an invitation to the profile from PROFILER with a short explanation. It sheds light on drivers, working style and problem solving, and choices between equally attractive statements make it hard to answer what you think is right. The profile is owned by the candidate.

How is the match made?

ATTRACT holds every candidate up against the role profile, criterion by criterion, based on CV and application, the profile and your weighted criteria. You can see what speaks for, and where knowledge is missing. If a point is unclear, you can send a follow-up question. The candidate approves the summary, and a recruiter assesses the answer.

What happens in the AI interview?

The most relevant candidates are invited to a short AI interview that follows the role's criteria. The candidate gets their own preparation, and you get a shortlist with a reason for every name and an interview guide that is the same for all candidates for the position.

How does ATTRACT fit the EU AI Act?

The EU AI Act classifies recruitment as high risk. ATTRACT is built for it: people decide, every assessment can be explained afterwards, and approved answers have an expiry date.
