The first months
Onboarding and retention that gets new employees off to a good start.
The first months often decide whether a new employee stays. We can help the new hire land faster, with an assistant for what weighs on them and an experienced coach by their side, when they want one.
The life situation
A good start keeps the new hire and the training.
The new hire has to learn tasks, culture and colleagues all at once. What weighs on them is often only said out loud once the doubt has grown big. If the person leaves, the position has to be filled again, and colleagues have to train someone new. If the new hire has room to say it early, they land faster, and the training stays with you.
The possibilities

Questions and answers
When does the solution give the most value?
From the first day at work and through the first year, where it is most often decided whether a new employee stays.
What does the manager see from Ajuna?
The conversations with Ajuna belong to the individual, the coach sees what the new hire chooses to share. The manager follows one number: how many use it. The confidentiality makes it easier for the new hire to raise the difficult things.
Who can be a coach?
An experienced colleague, the manager, an HR consultant or an external coach or psychologist. The new hire chooses to bring a coach in.
Can we start small?
Yes. You can start with the new employees in one department and expand once you have seen how it works for you.
