Home / What we can see
Technology that understands more than skills and wishes.
Skills and wishes usually come out after a couple of conversations. The technology behind the applications is called ATLAS, and it can see the rest: what drives a person, and what happens when it gets hard.
What the technology can see
What decides whether it lasts
- What drives them. What gives energy, and what costs it.
- What they prioritise. What comes first when they have to choose.
- What pressures them. And what they do when it gets hard.
- How they are with others. Where they set boundaries, and where they give way.
And the circumstances. The same person acts differently in a safe team than in an unsafe one. The technology can see both.
What it means for you
This is what you can use it for.
In recruitment you can see whether the person fits this particular role in this particular team.
In prevention the pressure can be seen early, by the person themselves and as a combined picture for the workplace.
In conversations both parties can arrive prepared, with a picture that is already there.
In a programme the citizen can clarify at their own pace, so the consultant and the mentor can spend the meeting time well.
Profiling
A picture of actions and situations, rather than types.
A profile describes what a person tends to do, and under which circumstances.
The picture follows along
A person in March is a different person in September, and the picture follows along.
All profiles are equal
It is about what fits the task. The direction is the person's own.
The profile belongs to the person
The person owns it, can take it along and can delete it.
Trust
The technology sees. People decide.
Every decision about a person is made by a person. AI reads text and structures data. What a person shares is passed on once the person has seen and approved it.
Built for GDPR and the EU AI Act. Data is processed in the EU.
