AJUNA · Assistant and coach
A conversation in your pocket, when it happens. And a coach, when one is needed.
Help often arrives only when a challenge has grown big. Ajuna can listen and give advice in everyday life, while it is still small, and connect the person with a coach, so help can be given across time and place.
- What is it?
- An assistant on the phone and in the browser, and an application in the browser for the coach.
- Who uses it?
- Employees, managers and citizens in a programme. Coaches, mentors, job consultants and psychologists follow up in the coach's part.
- And the person?
- The conversations with Ajuna belong to the person, the coach sees what the person chooses to share, and management follows one number: how many use it.
- What does it require?
- A work email or a link. The account belongs to the user.
How it works
From the first conversation to help from a human
STEP 01
Listens and asks
Ajuna helps put words to what weighs on you, and asks good questions.
STEP 02
Gives advice on the next step
The conversation continues in a track that fits the topic, for example a hard decision, a relationship or meaning at work.
STEP 03
Remembers the context
Goals, exercises and progress are remembered from time to time, so every conversation builds on the previous one.
STEP 04
Connects with a coach
When the person chooses it, selected conversations are shared with a coach with a short note. The coach can send programmes, exercises and questions back into Ajuna.

What you get
What you get out of it

- Development that continues between the meetings with the coach.
- The coach can help more people well, because the meetings build on what has already happened.
- A programme is built once and can be used for many.
- One number that shows the offer is being used.

In depth
Behind Ajuna
How do you get access?
With your work email or a link from your coach. Use is voluntary, the employer pays, and the account belongs to the user, who can take it along, export it and delete it.
How do you get started?
Fixed entry points such as Help me sort my thoughts and What should I focus on? make it easy to begin. The conversation continues in the track that fits, for example decisions, relationships, purpose, talent patterns or leadership awareness.
What does the growth map show?
Over time the person sees their own patterns, goals and progress: what weighs the most, and what is moving. The insight belongs to the person.
How is a coach connected?
The coach shares their ID at a meeting, in an email or face to face. The person chooses the coach, and the coach says yes. That makes it easy for partners to connect their own clients.
What does the coach see?
What the person chooses to share, conversation by conversation, with a short note. Confidentiality gives honest conversations, and honest conversations give better help.
What does the AI do for the coach?
It points to patterns in the shared material in the person's own words. The coach judges what they mean.
How is a programme built?
A programme is built once and can be used for many. We deliver templates with goals and exercises, which the coach adapts to their own method, with fixed dates or on an ongoing basis.
Can courses be added?
Yes. Short courses from Academy can be included when they fit the next step.
What is consciousness leadership?
The method behind the conversations: the ability to see your own patterns, regulate them under pressure and choose consciously rather than react out of habit.
What is Ajuna built for?
Ajuna is a development tool for adults in working life. Treatment, diagnostics and staff assessment belong with professionals.
Which languages does Ajuna speak?
Ajuna is currently in Danish. Talk to us about other languages when you book a meeting.
Help in everyday life, and a human when it counts.
In a short meeting we clarify your challenges and the solutions that fit. We deliver directly to companies and public organisations, or through a partner.
Together we clarify target group, roles and data boundaries. Ajuna is often part of Wellbeing & work environment, Onboarding & retention and Job activation & clarification. Are you the one who helps? See the partnership →
