Clarification programmes that find the citizen's strengths and realistic job goals.
The intervention is often chosen from the case file, because the time goes on case notes. We can support clarification programmes at job centres and employment providers with applications that give an early, clear picture of the citizen and their employability, so the intervention fits the individual.
From the first conversation to a job
You know this
- High caseloads and little time for each conversation
- Citizens who answer the same questions again and again
- Interventions chosen before the citizen's strengths are known
- Programmes that stall and have to start over
What you get
- The citizen's own clarification, which the citizen approves before it is shared with the consultant
- Realistic job goals and job matching on abilities, also for new industries
- Mentoring that can be followed between meetings, when the citizen says yes
- Documentation of the programme, written as it happens
From first conversation to job
”I had a huge fear of changing career path. Sympact gave me a big aha moment about my talents. Today I am still in the same place, but in a completely new role, and I love it.
Annette H.
How it works
From the first conversation to a plan the citizen owns
- Clarification. The citizen puts strengths, wishes and what is on their mind into words with an assistant in Ajuna, also between meetings. The citizen sees and approves it before anything is shared with the consultant or mentor the citizen has chosen.
- Realistic job goals. MATCH KOMPAS breaks the job down into concrete tasks and compares them with the citizen's experience and wishes. Consultant and citizen choose the job goal together.
- Plan and follow-up. The consultant or mentor follows up on what the citizen chooses to share, and can send exercises between meetings.
- Documentation. TRACTION records the programme as it happens and gathers a draft report in the job centre's template, which the professional approves.
Your professionals hold the conversation. The applications can give a shared basis and more time for the meeting with the citizen.
Far from the labour market
Programmes at the citizen's pace, also when the job is further ahead
For citizens in resource programmes (ressourceforløb), citizens assessed as activity-ready rather than job-ready (aktivitetsparate) and citizens in social interventions, it often takes a long time before a job goal is realistic. The clarification can start from what weighs in the citizen's life and happen at the citizen's own pace, also between meetings. The mentor or support contact person (støttekontaktperson) can follow up on what the citizen chooses to share, and TRACTION can document the small steps, so progress can be seen week by week.
- Resource programmes and programmes for activity-ready citizens.
- Mentoring and support contact programmes that can be followed between meetings.
- Social interventions and action plans in the municipality's template.
- Interim reports that show progress, also before the job goal is reached.
A good fit when
Clarification is a good fit when
- You want a plan the citizen owns.
- You work with citizens who need a new direction, for example after illness, addiction or job loss.
- You want to spend meeting time on the conversation rather than on writing.
- You deliver interim reports and final evaluations to the job centre.
Responsibility and trust
The citizen decides what is shared
What the citizen writes in Ajuna belongs to the citizen. The citizen chooses whether a coach or mentor takes part, and what is shared. In TRACTION the citizen is known by a programme number, and the municipality makes the decisions about the programme.
Questions and answers
What is a clarification programme?
A clarification programme is a programme where the citizen, together with a job consultant or mentor, finds their strengths, the accommodations they need and realistic job goals before the intervention is chosen. It is often used for unemployed people, people on sick leave and citizens who need to find a new direction in the labour market. The goal is a plan the citizen can stand behind.
Who uses Job programmes & clarification?
Job centres, employment providers, unemployment funds and social services, and the job consultants, mentors and coaches who follow the citizens along the way. The applications are used by the professionals and by the citizen, while the job centre or provider is responsible for the programme and makes the professional decisions together with the citizen.
Can the applications be used in our existing programmes?
Yes. The applications can be used in your current programmes, and the reports come in the template you and the municipality use today. You can start with one programme or one team, for example with the documentation in TRACTION, and add clarification in Ajuna and job matching in MATCH KOMPAS when it makes sense.
Who sees the citizen's information?
The consultant or mentor sees what the citizen chooses to share from Ajuna, and it is only shared once the citizen has seen and approved it. The citizen also chooses whether a coach takes part. In the documentation the citizen is known by a programme number, and name and personal ID number (CPR) are only added to the finished report.
How is the clarification programme documented?
TRACTION records the programme as it happens, for example with a daily log and speech to text. AI writes a draft report where every sentence has a source, and the professional approves it before it is sent. The report is generated in the job centre's own template, so you can send it on as you do today.
Can the citizen use Ajuna between meetings?
Yes. Ajuna is an assistant on the phone and in the browser, where the citizen can put their strengths and what is on their mind into words when it suits them. This gives more to talk about at the next meeting, and the citizen decides what is shared with the consultant or mentor.
We can start with your own programmes.
In a short meeting we clarify your challenges and the solutions that fit. We deliver directly to companies and public organisations, or through a partner.
